Dear CAMP CHALLENGE,

The boys had a wonderful time at the camp and they had only praises. I was impressed with all your trainers, they were proffessional and were with the boys all the time. Full marks must be given to Hakim, Brian and Jeremy. No complaints about the food too, the best camp food. I cant remember the name of the guy who was doing the video and the photographs. He said that he would make a CD and pass me the videos and photographs. I would like to highlight some of the activities in the school magzine too, would appreciate if you could give me a short write up of the significance of some of the activities. Thank you and looking forward to work with you for future activities. Regards!

57thBoysBrigade

On behalf of 57th J Boys Brigade Company, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to you and your dedicated team Norman, Erwin, Andy, Hakim, Dave, Brendan, P.D. for planning and executing an enjoyable leadership CAMP for our Boys.

Over the course of two days, our Boys have learnt much about leadership and what it entails, such as delegation, team-work and encouragement. Through the innovative games played, such as geo-caching and the ice-breakers, they were able to apply the many aspects of leadership mentioned earlier.

Not only were the learning sessions good, the fun element such as the night campfire was equally, if not more exciting and entertaining for both our Boys and us. Our Boys thoroughly enjoyed themselves that night and we hope that you also had as much fun as they did.

One highlight of the CAMP was the high elements on the 2nd morning. We were glad that our Boys learnt much more about themselves what it means to dare, to challenge, and to overcome their fears. We felt that it is a good practice of CAMP-CHALLENGE to encourage, but never to force their trainees to attempt the high elements, it being a matter of choice. Our Boys learnt much that day about themselves whether it was that they had hidden reserves of courage they never thought they had, or whether it was a lessons were invaluable in moulding up of their characters.

On the logistics side, the food and the accommodation was great. We were also satisfied that there was sufficient medical attention on standby during the station games.

It has truly been a pleasure working with you and your team.

We (and our Boys) look forward to future CAMP-CHALLENGE!

Your sincerely,
-2Lt Andy Heng & Officers, 57th J Boys Brigade Company

I cannot thank CAMP CHALLENGE enough for the wonderful experiences you provided for our Grade 4 students during their C.A.M.P. They are still talking about it. Please thank all the instructors for us, on behalf of our children as well. We are already looking at when our school will be holding our excursions next year. Without a doubt, we would like to bring our next year’s cohort to CAMP CHALLENGE. Many Thanks!

I will agree with Chieh Ming that we are very satisfied with the service provided and it has been a very positive experience. CAMP CHALLENGE has definitely delivered and I want to compliment the efforts made to facilitate the learning during the CAMP by the instructors.

This partnership looks promising and we hope we can continue with this next year.
