Nature Quest Kids Holiday Camp

Three days. Three adventures. One unforgettable kids holiday camp experience!

At this kids holiday camp, your child can step away from the usual routine and into three exciting days of adventure, discovery, creativity and play. Designed to give children meaningful experiences beyond the classroom, our holiday programme brings together outdoor exploration, hands-on activities, team challenges and plenty of opportunities to make new friends.

From exploring nature at Pasir Ris Park and Sentosa Island to creating, cooking, competing in Mini Olympics and winding down with a cosy movie night and s’mores, each day offers something different for children to discover and enjoy.

More than just keeping children occupied during the holidays, the programme encourages them to try new things, build confidence, work with others and create memories they’ll be excited to share at home.

What to Expect at Our Kids Holiday Camp

Day 1 – Meet the Squad
We kick things off with icebreakers and team activities that help children get comfortable with their instructors and new friends. They will then head Into the Wild, where they take on activities such as nature portraits and fishing that fosters curiosity and an appreciation for the outdoors.

Day 2 – Sentosa Island Adventure
Next, children will embark on an island adventure around Sentosa before enjoying a picnic together. The afternoon gets messy and exciting with Splash, Slime & Speed, featuring DIY boat building, slime making and games that encourage experimentation, creativity and teamwork.

Day 3 – Create & Play
The final day brings together creativity, food and friendly competition. Children will design their own tie-dye caps, put their skills to the test in Junior MasterChef, and take part in our Mini Olympics. We’ll end the adventure with dinner, a movie night and s’mores — the perfect way to celebrate three days together.

About Our Kids Holiday Camp

What age group is this kids holiday camp suitable for?

This kids holiday camp is designed for children aged 5 to 10 years old, with activities adapted according to age and ability. Children will be grouped appropriately so that activities remain fun, safe and meaningful.

What will my child do during the camp?

At this kids holiday camp, children can look forward to a mix of outdoor adventures, team challenges, games, nature exploration, creative activities and discovery-based learning. Activities may include mini challenges, obstacle courses, camp craft, treasure hunts, outdoor games and nature-based activities.

Is the camp suitable for children attending a camp for the first time?

Yes! Our programmes are designed to help first-time campers feel comfortable and confident. In addition, facilitators will guide children through the activities progressively, with plenty of encouragement and opportunities to make new friends.

Will my child be able to make friends?

Definitely! Many of our activities are designed around small-group challenges, cooperation and communication, giving children natural opportunities to interact, work together and make new friends.

What will my child learn from the camp?

Beyond having fun, children will develop age-appropriate skills such as:

  • Confidence & independence
  • Teamwork & communication
  • Problem-solving
  • Resilience & perseverance
  • Responsibility
  • Creativity
  • Appreciation of nature and the outdoors

Is the camp just about games and having fun?

Fun is an important part of our camps—but it is purposeful fun. In fact, activities are designed to give children opportunities to learn through doing, make decisions, work with others and discover their own strengths in an enjoyable environment.

What makes CAMP CHALLENGE holiday camps different?

Our camps go beyond keeping children occupied during the holidays. We create hands-on outdoor experiences where children can explore, challenge themselves, make friends and grow in confidence—all while having plenty of fun. Learn more about CAMP CHALLENGE or explore our other programmes.

Safety and Supervision

How are the children supervised?

Children are supervised by trained CAMP CHALLENGE facilitators throughout the kids holiday camp. Activities are conducted with appropriate facilitator-to-participant ratios, safety briefings and risk management procedures.

What happens if my child is shy or does not want to participate?

We understand that every child responds differently to new experiences. For this reason, our facilitators will encourage participation without forcing children into activities before they are ready. Instead, we use small-group challenges, buddy support and positive encouragement to help children gradually build confidence.

Will the activities be physically demanding?

The activities are designed to be age-appropriate and inclusive. As a result, children will have opportunities to move, explore and challenge themselves, but the emphasis is on participation, teamwork and enjoyment rather than physical performance.

What if my child needs help going to the toilet?

Children will be reminded about toilet breaks throughout the programme. At the same time, facilitators can provide appropriate guidance and supervision, while respecting children’s privacy and independence.

What happens if my child becomes upset or wants to go home?

Our facilitators will first provide reassurance and support to help the child settle into the environment. However, if the child remains distressed, the camp team will contact the parent/guardian and discuss the appropriate next steps.

What to Wear and Bring

What should my child wear?

Children should come in comfortable sports attire and covered sports shoes suitable for outdoor activities. We also recommend clothing that can get wet or dirty depending on the programme.

Will my child get dirty?

Probably! 😄 Our camps are designed for children to explore, move, create and get hands-on with the environment. We recommend sending children in comfortable clothing that parents don’t mind getting wet or dirty.

Can my child bring electronic devices?

We generally encourage children to disconnect from their devices and connect with their environment and new friends during camp. As a result, personal electronic devices should be kept at home unless otherwise stated by the camp organisers.

What happens if it rains?

Singapore weather can be unpredictable, so our programmes are designed with weather contingencies where possible. For example, depending on the activity and weather conditions, activities may be modified, relocated or replaced with suitable indoor alternatives to maintain the learning experience safely.

Food, Health and Wellbeing

Will food be provided?

Meals are provided based on the programme schedule stated. Please indicate any food allergies or dietary requirements during registration.

What if my child has a food allergy or medical condition?

Please provide all relevant information during registration. Our team will review the information and advise on the appropriate arrangements. In addition, parents should ensure that any required medication is clearly labelled and provided with the necessary instructions.

What happens if my child is unwell on the day of camp?

For the wellbeing of your child and other participants, children who are unwell should not attend camp. Instead, please contact the camp team as soon as possible if your child is unable to attend.

Parents and Photos

Can parents stay during the camp?

To encourage independence and allow children to fully immerse themselves in the camp experience, parents generally do not stay during the programme unless specifically arranged by the organisers.

Will there be photographs taken during camp?

Photographs may be taken during camp for programme documentation and/or promotional purposes, subject to the relevant consent provided during registration.
