By submitting this registration form, I agree and acknowledge the following on behalf of all participants:

1. We fully understand that the participants will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death. 
2. We assume all the foregoing tasks and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, permanent disability or death. 
3. We release, waive, discharge and covenant to not sue CAMP CHALLENGE Pte Ltd, their represented administrators, directors, agents, and other employees of the organization, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of the premises used to conduct the event, all of which are hereafter referred to as "Releasees", from demands, losses or damages on account of injury, including death or damage to property, caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasee or otherwise.​
4. We allow CAMP CHALLENGE Pte Ltd to use any pictures and videos taken during the event(s) for marketing purposes.
