The Rafting CHALLENGE encourages students to work together in their individual teams BUT ultimately coming together to build the ONE & SAME raft. This relates back to how a school has different races and cultures, yet pursues the same goal with the same vision.

This activity can tackle issues like cultural differences, value systems, communicating across the different departments, cultures, hence, helping students to discover and re-discover themselves and their fellow schoolmates, understand the mental models they each have built subconsciously in their minds and thus achieve maximum results by complementing each other’s strengths & weaknesses.
