Muhd Amin or better known as Min, is one of our most experienced trainers at CAMP CHALLENGE. His experience as an adventure learning instructor goes back to his teenage years where he volunteered at the Student Service Centre. It was here Min developed a passion to mentor and teach his younger peers. Min mentored students in academic subjects and also helped organize the Student Centre’s outdoor learning activities and enrichment programmes.

Min has come a long way in this industry, from working as an adventure learning instructor to facilitating school camps. He has worked with youth as young as 6 to teenagers and even adults and in variety of programmes, ranging from teambuilding to leadership training.

His wide range of experience and exposure to youth development gives him the aptitude to understand and relate well with people of all ages and walks of life. Both a BIC and BFC graduate, Min is also MOE certified External Freelance Instructor. He is accredited with Abseiling Proficiency Level 1 & 2 under the Singapore Mountaineering Federation, and is proficient in many outdoor adventure activities such as kayaking, white water rafting and jungle survival.

Min continuously aims to design and deliver an impactful programme that is not only fun and safe but provides participants with a learning experience that goes beyond the classroom and can ultimately be applied to the real world. At CAMP CHALLENGE, Min manages the Learning & Development portfolio. He develops and conducts in-house training programmes for Instructors such as Confidence Rope Courses (CRC) modules and Facilitation modules. Thriving on CHALLENGES and new experiences, Min is always on the lookout for new and exciting challenges to further expand the experiential learning programmes at CAMP CHALLENGE!
